Leah Loman is a student at Chiles High School in Tallahassee. She suffers a bit from social anxiety but is happy to have found some friends that welcome her. They are more outgoing than her but they accept her. She also has a dislike for how kids judge each other.
She wants her parents to have a better understanding of what she feels and to know that it isn't so easy for her to deal with her anxieties.
