Hashanah's parents divorced when she was 12 and she has been raised by her father. She thinks it can't be easy since he doesn't really deal with the drama of raising a girl. She thinks of herself as a very independent person and hopes by participating in this project she can inspire another student and so that they realize that they are not alone.
